At Grange Mortgage and Protection Services we have access to over 3000 schemes from over 100 lenders, which are updated on a daily basis. Also available to us are many exclusive deals, which are available through our association with Pink Home Loans (subsidiary company of Skipton Building Society). You can therefore be certain you will be given the choice of the whole market place.
Dedicated Administration Unit
A team of experienced administrators who are there for you right until you move in to your house or your plan has commenced. We also proactively chase the lender and solicitors before updating you with the progress of the application, thus taking the stress away from you.
Automated Re-Mortgage Review
Once your mortgage is in place we will regularly review your terms and conditions with the aim of finding you another competitive rate (generally done when early repayment charges have finished) and thus saving you money, whilst keeping the most suitable product.
THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
We do not charge a fee for our service, we will be paid commission/a procuration fee from the lender/insurer, however, customers do have the option of fee based advice, with a refund of any commission or procuration fee received. The precise amount of our fee will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be 1% of the loan amount, i.e. the maximum payable would be £1,000 on £100,000 mortgage.
